FH.UNNES.AC.ID – Semarang, Program Magister Ilmu Hukum (MIH) Fakultas Hukum (FH) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menyelenggarakan Seminar Nasional  secara daring, Rabu (08/09). Kegiatan ini mengangkat tema Kebijakan Hukum dalam mewujudkan Good Goverment dan penegakan hukum.

Hadir sebagai pembicara, Sekertaris Jendral Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesia Prof Dr M Guntur Hamzah SH MH dan dari Akademi Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Bapak Kombes Pol Dr Idodo Simangunsong SE SIK MM. Dipandu oleh moderator Ibu Ratih Damayanti SH MH Dosen Bagian Hukum Tata Negara Fakultas Hukum UNNES.

Dalam sambutannya Dekan FH UNNES, Dr Rodiyah SPd SH MSi mengatakan rasa bangganya terhadap Fakultas Hukum UNNES khususnya Program Studi Magister yang telah memilih topik seminar. Menurutnya, topik yang diangkat dalam seminar ini sangat revelan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini.

“Topik seminar ini sangat relevan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini, penegakan Hukum menjadi pedoman bagi Masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi suatu kejahatan.  Dengan ini juga, mahasiswa akan mendapatkan wawasan tentang Kebijakan Hukum dalam mewujudkan Good Governance dan  penegakan hukum”, ungkap Dr Rodiyah

Lebih lanjut, M Guntur Hamzah menegaskan bahwa gagasan tentang pemerintahan yang baik juga dikembangkan sebagai pelengkap dari gagasan pemerintahan deontologis dengan nilai etika dan moralitas publik yang kuat, pungkas nya dalam paparannya dengan tema kebijakan kukum dalam mewujudkan good judiciary governanc.

Berikutnya Dr I Simangunsong juga menjelaskan mengenai produk kebijakan hukum secara ilmiah dan akademik yang sesuai dengan hukum dan hidup dalam masyarakat.

“Tantangan Kebijakan Hukum dalam mewujudkan Good Government dan penegakan hukum bagi polri salah satunya adalah turbulensi gangguan keamanan khususnya yang menggunakan teknologi canggih, penggunaan media sosial sering digunakan untuk menyebarkan hoax dan kebencian yang menganggu stabilitas dan keamanan dalam dinamika kehidupan sosial masyarakat”, pungkas Dr Simangunsong dengan tegas.
