FH.UNNES.AC.ID – Semarang, Lex Scientia Law Review (LESREV) tahun ini berbeda dengan tahun sebelumnya. Selain menyelenggarakan Call For Paper, diakhir tahun ini LESREV mengadakan rangkaian acara penutupan yaitu Workshop Kepenulisan Artikel Hukum dan Lex Scientia Law Review Student Colloquium. Pada acara Student Colloquium ini terdapat 2 rangkaian sesi acara. Sesi acara yang pertama yaitu Webinar.

Pada webinar ini diisi oleh keynote speaker yang memumpuni dibidang pertahanan dan keamanan dalam dimensi hukum dan HAM yaitu Dr. Rodiyah, S.Pd.,S.H.,M.Si. beliau merupakan Dekan Fakultas Hukum UNNES. Tak hanya itu, pada Student Colloquium ini mengundang para penulis yang artikelnya berhasil publish  di Jurnal LESREV. Penulis pertama yaitu Rama Halim Nur Azmi, beliau adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya tahun 2018.

Artikel yang berhasil di publish berjudul “Actualization of the Force Majeure Clausula in the Law of Agreement in the Middle of Pandemic COVID-19”. Penulis kedua yaitu Berliana Dwi Arthanti, beliau adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Gadjah Mada tahun 2017. Artikel yang berhasil di publish berjudul “Law and Human Rights in Adressing Labor Problems During the Pandemic to Achieve Suistainable Development Goals”. Penulis ketiga yaitu Arya Rema Mubarak, beliau adalah mahasiswa Fakultas HukumUniversitas Indonesia tahun 2017. Artikel yang berhasil di publish berjudul “Fulfillment of the Rights to Health through Public Goverment Affairs as an Alternative Mechanism for Handing the COVID-19 Outbreak in Indonesia”

Pada acara Student Colloquium sesi pertama ini akan membahas bagaimana dimensi hukum dan HAM di era pandemik COVID-19 terhadap Indonesia. Dimensi hukum dan HAM di era pandemik COVID-19 dibahas dari beberapa bidang mulai dari bidang pertahanan, ekonomi, kesehatan, hingga pada bidang ketenagakerjaan. Karena sudut pandang tersebut diperlukan untuk dapat mengatasi problematika yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia pada era pandemik COVID-19.

Selain itu, tujuan dari diundangnya para penulis yaitu, agar peserta dapat mengetahui alasan penulis tersebut mengangkat judul penelitian mereka. Sehingga artikel tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi para penulis dan peneliti lainnya terhadap bidangnya masing-masing.

Rangkaian acara yang kedua dalam Student Colloquium ini yakni Call For Abstract. Pada rangkaian acara ini, penyelenggara memberikan kesempatan kepada para penulis dan peneliti untuk dapat menyampaikan gagasan merekaterhadap topik yang dibawakan yaitu Dimensi hukum dan HAM di era pandemik COVID-19. Pada Call For Abstract ini akan dipilih 7 pemakalah yang akan presentasi disesi kedua acara Student Colloquium. Student Colloquium ini terbuka untuk mahasiswa fakultas hukum dan umum, dilaksanakan pada hari Minggu, 20 Desember 2020.

Acara diselenggarakan pukul 09:00WIB – 12.00 WIB melalui telemedia conference Zoom Meeting. Bagi peserta yang tertarik untuk berdiskusi di Webinar mengenai Dimensi Hukum dan HAM di Era Pandemik COVID-19 dapat mendaftar di bit.ly/LesrevStudentColloquium. Dan bagi penulis yang ingin menjadi pemakalah dalam Call For Abstract dapat mendaftar dan mengumpulkan abstraknya di bit.ly/Lesrev-Submit-Abstract dengan mengunduh buku panduannya di bit.ly/Lesrev-Author-Guidline
