Kepemimpinan Dekan Fakultas Hukum UNNES periode 2015-2019 sudah mendekati masa akhir. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Rektor Nomor 47 Tahun 2018 tentang Persyaratan Dan Tata Cara Pengangkatan Pimpinan Fakultas Dan Pimpinan Pasca Sarjana harus segera diselenggarakan pemilihan Dekan untuk masa bakti 2019-2023. Pada hari ini, dalam rapat senat akhirnya ditetapkan calon dekan yang akan berkontestasi dalam pemilihan Dekan tersebut. Terdapat tiga nama yang ditetapkan yaitu Dr. Ali Masyhar, Dr. Martitah, dan Dr. Rodiyah.

Penetapan calon Dekan tersebut telah melewati berbagai proses, mulai dari penjaringan hingga penyampaian visi misi yang dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan penetapan yang harus dilaksanakan dalam sidang senat. “Pemilihan Dekan tahun ini diselenggarakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diberlakukan berdasarkan Peraturan Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang, sehingga Dekan yang nantinya terpilih akan konstitusional” tegas Baidhowi Ketua Panitia Pemilihan Dekan.

Dalam kesempatan pemaparan visi misi semua bakal calon menyampaikan ide dan gagasannya dalam pengembangan FH kedepan. Gagasan pengembangan tersebut telah disesuaikan juga dengan milestone yang telah dicanangkan UNNES tahun 2019-2023.

Ali Masyhar dalam visi kepemimpinannya mencanangkan akan menjawab segala tantangan dan berusaha menjadikan FH kampus yang mendunia untuk Indonesia. Program strategis pun dibuat untuk mencapainya. Salah satu program andalan yang dicanangkan adalah OLFA (One Lecturer, Five Articles), program tersebut dibuat agar produktifitas dosen semakin digenjot secara maksimal. “Untuk mensukseskan program-program saya, perjuangan utamanya adalah dengan membangun kecintaan pada pekerjaan dan institusi” ucap Ali Masyhar dalam pidatonya.

Sementara Martitah yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Wakil Dekan bidang akademik menyampaikan ide gagasannya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota Fakultas Hukum. Salah satu program yang ingin dibuat bila diberikan kesempatan mengemban amanah adalah membuat tabungan kesejahteraan untuk dosen maupun tenaga kependidikan dilingkungan FH UNNES. Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Martiah juga mengutip quotes dari Ulpianus “hiduplah dengan jujur, jangan menyakiti orang lain, berikan kepada setiap orang apa yang menjadi hak nya”.

Rodiyah yang mendapatkan kesempatan terakhir karena ditentukan oleh urutan abjad, banyak menyajikan data-data capaian keberhasilan selama menjabat Dekan Fakultas Hukum UNNES periode sebelumnya. “Kepemimpinan perlu dilanjutkan untuk meraih hasil maksimal serta melanjutkan rencana-rencana strategis yang dibuat pada periode sebelumnya” menurut Rodiyah. Serta menurut Rodiyah apa yang sudah dicapai pada saat ini harus ditingkatkan. Dengan kerja keras serta kebersamaan maka keberhasilan akan dapat tercapai.

Ketiga calon Dekan tersebut akan dipilih dalam rapat senat Fakultas Hukum. Senat FH UNNES sendiri berjumlah sepuluh orang. Selain itu Rektor UNNES juga memiliki suara sebanyak 35% dalam pemilihan Dekan kali ini. Pemilihan Dekan sendiri akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 Juli 2019 esok.
