FH.UNNES.AC.ID – Semarang, Menindaklanjuti Surat Edaran Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 58 Tahun 2020 tentang Sistem Kerja Pegawai Aparatur Sistem Negara dalam Tatanan Normal Baru, Fakultas Hukum Universitas Negeri Semarang bersiap menuju ke tatanan normal baru melalui langkah langkah nyata dalam pemutusan rantai penyebaran Covid-19.

Dekan menugaskan melalui Wakil Dekan Bidang Umum dan Keuangan Bapak Ali Masyhar SH MH melakukan rapat koordinasi dengan bidang terkait berkenaan perumusan tatanan normal baru berkaitan dengan aktivias khusus pegawai dan mahasiswa di lingkungan Fakultas Hukum. Berikut hasil kesepatan rapat yang telah dirumuskan :

  1. Layanan Prima kepada stakeholder tetap dilaksanakan sesuai tugas dan fungsi.
  2. Penyelenggaraan pelayanan tetap memprioritaskan kesehatan dan keselamatan.
  3. Pegawai, Mahasiswa dan Tamu yang masuk kantor harus memenuhi protokol kesehatan : a. Wajib memakai masker; b. Pastikan tangan dan meja kerja dalam keadaan bersih dan steril; c. Cek suhu badan maksimal 37.5 C; d. Berjarak minimal 1.5 m dengan orang lain; e. Tidak menggunakan lift; f. Khusus bagi Mahasiswa dan Tamu wajib lapor ke Satpam.
  4. Pegawai diwajibkan bekerja dari rumah (WFH) apabila : a. Demam; b. Batuk; c. Sulit Nafas; d. Punya Riwayat Kontak dengan ODP, PDP, Positif Covid-19;
  5. Lapor ke petugas kesehatan (satgas covid-19) apabila ada gejala covid-19.

“Aturan dalam bentuk tanda dan himbauan sesuai dengan standar protokol kesehatan sudah diimplementasikan di setiap ruangan kerja staf, ruangan dosen dan ruangan perkuliahan, semoga bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh seluruh civitas akademika Fakultas Hukum UNNES”, ujar Dr Ali Mashyar.
